Ingredients

  • 200 g noodles
  • Garnish
  • PUR ready-to-use chicken broth
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Hard-boiled egg
  • Green onion
  • Sesame seeds
  • Carrots, grated
  • Shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • Roast pork or pulled pork or sautéed pork
  • Pepper
  • Sesame oil

The steps

  1. Prepare the ingredients by cutting the hard-boiled eggs, green onions and chashu pork into the desired sizes.
  2. Add UHT broth (Pur) and seasonings (soy sauce, salt) and keep warm in a saucepan.
  3. Boil the noodles in another pan and add to the warmed broth.
  4. Top with prepared toppings and pepper, then sprinkle with sesame oil.
  5. Ariake UHT broth, the equivalent of dashi, is a broth made using an authentic method, allowing you to prepare authentic noodles simply by adding seasonings and ingredients.
  6. If you’re using dried noodles, place them directly in a heated pan with the broth and bring to the boil.
