Ingredients
- 8 cabbage leaves
- 1 L broth
- 350g chicken
- 5g chives
- 1 case paprika/cumin/organ mix
- 1 case salted soybeans
- 2 cases breadcrumbs (panko)
- 15g grated Parmesan cheese
- Topping: toasted almonds / green pea shoots / lemon zest
- Bake 20min at 200 degrees
The steps
- Rinse cabbage leaves in cold water.
- Boil cabbage leaves in Ariaké broth for a few minutes
- Prepare stuffing by mixing chicken breast with chives, paprika, cumin, oregano, salted soybeans and breadcrumbs.
- Fill the cabbage leaves with the stuffing and fold into shape.
- Arrange in a dish with Parmesan cheese
- Bake for 20 mins at 200°C
- Serve the cabbages well roasted in the broth and add the roasted almonds, green pea shoots and lemon zest
